A shortcut icon for Second Thought appeared on my desktop and I have no idea what the program does or where it came from. When I search My Computer files, there is no other path except for the shortcut - which does not make sense to me. There is an 'uninstall' button. Should I merely uninstall it? When I go to the 'Terms of Service', it takes me to this link

    Any suggestions?

I strongley suggest you run a spyware program like Spybot S&D.

    Get it here: http://spybot.safer-networking.de/

After downloading and installing, open it and run the on-line update. Reboot and run a scan. After the scan click the "Fix Selected Problems" at the bottom of the screen.

If the forgoing fixes your problem, open spybot again and click on the "Immunize" button. Now click the "Immunize" button in the right pane. This will prevent downloading of the more common spyware progs.
