Hi there, my name is Paul and I'm rather green with PC & IT stuff. Recently I had my computer overhauled and now my computer is asking for a 25 character key. When I enter the 25 character key from under my PC it comes up as invalid - looks like something happened when my PC was overhauled. However my problem is that when I go into my files I cannot edit anything at all, I cannot email anything from my files either. Only a command comes up saying; "This modification is not allowed because the selection is locked" can anyone offer me some advice? Thanks Paul

    hello paul

Is this problem solved? If not try and edit the title, or hit the report button (bottom right) and ask for it to be edited..

Is this problem in all files or just microsoft office (word) ?

the 25 character key code is for windows or MS office? if you installed office without the code you won't be able to use it..
