I used to be able to right-click on an item or icon with mouse, and "Send to" either Documents or Desktop, and now those locations are gone, and instead I see a new location: Compressed (zipped) folder. I have no idea how this happened or how to get it back to where it was before. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks. [email protected]

Please edit your post & remove your email address or it will be SPAM CITY for you.

If you are adament about keeping it, change it to something like: ContactRaul_at_aol.com

Most humans will figure it out. Most machines / software programs won't.

Are your computer profile data applicable to this machine?
If so, thanks. Many posters think we are mind readers.
Which SP?

Which anti malware programs are installed?

When did the computer last work well? When did the problem begin? Sometimes the exact date is important.

What changed; a hardware or software installation or removal; an update to W7 [ check your W7 update history ] or update to your anti malware [ panda Cloud ] or other antimalware program / programs ]; an update to Java or an Adobe program for example?

What, if anything have you done to try to fix the "send to" issue?

Try this.
