I have noticed that IE6 won't let me do this, only send files. The folder contains about fifty quite small .doc files, and it would be a bore combining ALL the small files to make one large .doc file.

Is there any way to send a folder?

Use a Zip utility. Compress the folder and it will send as a Zip file.

Have you considered combining all of the files into a single ZIP file and then sending the single ZIP file? The recipients will need unzipping software (built into Windows XP and Vista) to extract the individual files

Did you mean to say you are using OE6 (Outlook Express 6) as your e-mail client not Internet Explorer 6?

EDIT: throoper, Great minds think alike.

Sorry, I forgot to reply earlier. Yes - I did make a .zip file and found I could send it OK. Nobody has said they could not open it, so far so good!

cwwozniak - I did make a mistake there.

    Thanks for your help.
