I have a couple of servers that i wish to put on a domain. currently the ip address is set to static and the default gateway and DNS points towards my router.
But for it to communicate with the domain controller do I remove the router config of the DG & DNS and replace it of that of the Domain controller. If so it has no communication to the rest of the servers on the network and the WAN.
    Any ideas?

Leave the DG as the router, DNS should point to the DC that is running DNS.
