Solved: shut down after inactivity

    Hey,

    well recently once my laptop becomes inactive (not using it) for a certain amount of time (not sure how long) it just like "hybernates" i push the power button and it turns back on but my AIM screen name is signed off...

    any ideas

    i have ran virus scans so its not that.

    pretty sure it is 'hibernating'. right click on your desktop > properties > screen saver tab > power button on the bottom > hibernate tab > untick 'enable hibernating
