I am running Windows 98 Seconde Edition. Often when I am shutting down a screen states "Windows is shutting down" and the screen locks up and I have to manually shutdown. Or I get a blue screen stating "A fatal error occured at 0028:BFF88112" and the screen locks up causing a manual shutdown. I have downloaded 2 patches from Microsoft without success. Any information would be helpful.
