Please click HERE to download and install HijackThis.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile from the Main Menu.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

    IMPORTANT: Do not fix anything

You're taking a huge risk when browsing the Internet without an antivirus, especially if downloading torrents.

    Your computer is probably infected.

Download the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (it's not an antivirus). Run a quick scan and have it delete whatever it finds. Then, please post back the text report.

    I would try it.

You do have a download accelerator running on that computer. Without it, downloading might be as slow as your browsing. Perhaps you should try contacting your ISP. They might check if everything is OK on their end.
