npage2908:

Your computer has some programs that are loading during startup and running in the background that don't need to load and run. The smaller you keep the startup list, the better your computer will run.

Click Start - Run, type in MSCONFIG, then click OK - "Startup" tab. Everything listed there with a checkmark next to it is loading and running. Most of them can be disabled from doing this by unchecking them and then rebooting.

If you go to this site and type in an entry and then click Search, it'll tell you what the entry is and whether you can uncheck and disable it.

You can start out by unchecking and disabling

Microsoft Office (osa9.exe)

because it's a big resource hog and doesn't need to load and run.

Sure! Don't worry! Its all because of spywares mainlyo in your computer that seems to be obvious from the HJT logs!
1. Run a virus scan and tune your computer from http://safety.live.com
2. If still that does not resolve your issue, then do full computer spyware scan using Adaware and Spybot S & D
3. Keep Firewall turned on before going online, especially Windows firewall
4. You can also use CWShredder if your browser is redirecting to different websites.!
ALL THE BEST!

NORTON is a big memory and resource hog, so that doesn't surprise me.

If you've uninstalled it, you need to get rid of its leftover files and folders and registry entries so it doesn't come back to haunt you.
