I have Acronis True Image 9 installed and have used Acronis's earlier versions quiet satisfactorily but maybe there are other app. that are just as good or better.'
I have been looking at these two items; both for a nice savings . Anyone used either of these and if so, how might they compare with Acronis? As usual, TIA

How about it JW---you are a big fan of Acronis.

    buf,
From what I've read in loads of other threads at TSG, Acronis is held in extemely high regard. I'm sticking with it.

I don't see any reason to change from something that's worked as well as True Image has for me. I've looked at those options, but I'm not convinced. Since TI is available at NewEgg for $30 downloaded, search for Acronis, what's the real savings here?

Was just coming back to respond to richards post and tell him that I won't be changing from Acronis but then noticed JW's post. Now both of them get my reply at same time. I didn't get email notice of your response John but thanks for both of these replies. I use ver9 and am most satisfied with it. I have a site that version 9 can be had in the box for $10 and possibly includes shipping.
