Solved: some files in temp folder cannot be erased

hi there i was deleting my temp folder,,, when i came across these files here,,,

they cannot be deleted,,, everytime i try to delete them this comes up,,,

what could be the problem and how can i delete this?
my computer is in italian coz im in italy,,, i translated the error message,,,

Those are index.dat files and can not be deleted when running the operating system. You can use CCleaner to delete the files when your system reboots.
