    Hi I am getting the above message when I try to access hotmail. Problem is that I also cannot sign in to the microsoft forums to post my questions there and all the suggestions do not work for me. ie I did not rename my account. I do not use outlook. I use chrome to sign in. Last accessed the account last night when pc crashed but did not sign in again till today. Really need to access my emails, thanks in advance

    Just wanted to let you know, thanks to my son, I went incognito and although could not get in I was able to change my password and all is well. Many thanks
