A couple of things I'd like to point out.

First, it's a waste of time to work on a machine that has no anti-virus program installed. AVG will not slow down the system significantly. If you're having problems, it's likely related to malware or inadequate system resources.

Secondly, you were told to update Java in a previous thread and you did not do it. We don't give instructions just for the fun of it. Earlier versions of Java have vulnerabilities that can be exploited by malware and those have been patched in new versions.

So if you would like to continue receiving assistance with this, please reinstall AVG, or any other anti-virus program of your choice and then post a new HijackThis log and we'll take it from there.

Download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have ComboFix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

    1. Close any open browsers.

    2. Close/disable all anti-virus and anti-malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

    • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    • When finished, it will produce a report for you.
    • Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.

**Note: Do not mouseclick comboFix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**

Open Notepad and copy and paste the text in the quote box below into it:

Save the file to your desktop and name it CFScript.txt

Then drag the CFScript.txt into the ComboFix.exe as shown in the screenshot below.

This will start ComboFix again. It may ask to reboot. Post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.

That's the same as the first log you posted. Are there any other files called ComboFix in C (perhaps with a number 1 or 2 after it)?

If not, please run the CFScript again. Try disabling SuperAnti-Spyware and AVG anti-virus before running the scan. Be sure to be disconnected from the Internet when doing that.
