please help

got a vgn-nr11m or a pcg-7z2m, i dont know which...as these model numbers are on the laptop...gee how clever.

i have been to sony us/europe cant find anything in a search for either...the only site i managed to find was a us site that wanted 29 dollars!!!

im surprised at sony...i still like DELL, at least they have an organized site for drivers!!!

this actually brings me to a good point...what do you do when you are in this situation? i mean i have googled for 45 min cant find anything...i come here...somebody will have an answer for me...how do i get to the next level?

i googled sony drivers
sony europe
sony viao drivers europe

please tell me how you search so well...do you just google?

i also typed in both models...

I've had trouble with Sony model numbers before. Spaces and dashes seem to be too much for their search engine, so I just Googled until I found something more coherent than their support page.
Persistence is our friend.
