Solved: Sound Is gone

Hey


This is an issue with all my games and half of winodws operations.


I basically have no sound in any games, my windows sounds cut short when playing.
the game isnt muted, the sound in the games are set to max, my speakers are on, I am not a noob lol.

Well, theirs a couple things that could be wrong, so I'll list them.
First:
Are all your sound drivers up to date?(I use Pc Wizard to check for my drivers)
Are all windows updates up-to-date?
Are you sure your sound isn't muted?(control panel>Sound Speech, and Audio devices) then play with all the settings their, maybe something accidentally got muted.
Are your speakers hooked up properly? Re-check all the wires etc

well, i didnt do anything and it seems to be working,
I think the problem was, it was muted on startup. How this caused a problem i dont know, maybe it didnt load the drivers or something.
But i re-started it un-muted and it is fine
