Solved: Speed up internet

Does anyone know how to SPEED UP the internet. I have a ALCATEL ASUS WINDOWS7. for some reason my internet speed has really slowed down, it freezes alot, normally it is fast. PLEASE HELP

If you are using Internet Explorer, try resetting it. IE > Gear > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset button. This will remove all previous tinkering, and all plug-ins.
