Solved: Startup Inspector.

    hi I used this program I ticked all the ones I did not want to start up ...................when I open it now they are still unticked but they still do start up ie a old zA app that wont vanish and quicktime for example although unticked still loads on start-up

    instead of startup inspector, go to start, run, type msconfig and hit enter.

    click the "startup" tab. Uncheck them here and reboot.
