My daughter's Dell Inspiron 1525, service tag J53SWG1. The laptop is running Windows Vista Ultimate with the most recent service pack. (Windows update does not show any available updates.)
The laptop has been giving Blue screen errors for the past 1-2 weeks. The blue screen error are stop error 7a & all refer to ataport.sys.
The stop errors occur while on the internet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
