Solved: stops responding!!!

    Hello, over the past few days i have noticed that my pc crashes a hell of alot of times, no matter what program im using it just stops responding, it wont even allow me to press control alt and delete so i can end task, i can still move the mouse curser but it just shows that its loading, only way around it is by pressing reset button on pc, any1 have any ideas please? thanks (y)

    sorry took so long to reply, just got pc up and running again, i ended up formatting it and installing xp again cos i had alot of compatibility problems with vista anyway, thanks for your reply anyway
