Solved: Strange problems logging into Aim and Hotmail

Ok wasn't sure if this relates to security or web. So I am trying here now that I have no answers from web forum.

Yesterday afternoon I was able to logon to my AIM account and check my Hotmail account. I was able to chat on AIM check email send messages. Then out of nowhere my AIM shut down and gave me a message "The AIM service cannot be reached" Didn't think much of it because afternoons have high traffic. After ten minutes I lost connection to my hotmail account.

It is almost 15 hours later and this is the status and this is where it gets really strange.

I am able to access the internet search pages do whatever. But when I go to www.msn.com and click on hotmail it times out with a white web page. If I go to www.hotmail.com I get the same thing. I called up MS supprt and they said no network problems. I called my cable provider and they said no network problems. I called my friend and he was able to access hotmail fine. I cannot get to hotmail no matter what. But I can get to anything else on the web.
As for my AIM I still get the message AIM service cannot be reached. BUTTTT i do have more then one AIM account...5 to be exact. I am able to logg on to each other account without any problems at all... Just my one account I usually log on with give me error AIM serivce cannot be reached. It just so happens its the most important AIM account I use.

So there ya go. I can access everything but hotmail I can logg onto all my AIM accounts but 1.

This is what I did so far to fix my problem not in this order but have done.

Ran- CWShredder
Ran- About Buster
Ran- Hoster
Ran- NAV updates and found 7 virus which i deleted from IE Temp Folder. 3 were called blackbox.class
Ran- Nav again came back clean
Ran- Reg Cleaner
Ran- AdAware
Ran- Spybot
Ran- IPConfig release and renew through CMD
Ran- Ipconfig release renew through Linksys router
Ran- IPconfig flushDNS through cmd
Rebooted- router
Rebooted- Cable Modem
Clean- Cache files
Clean- IE Temp files
Clean- regular temp files
Clean- History files
Reset- all IE settings
Updated- MTU to 1458 1492 then reset it back when it didin't fix problem
Rebooted- machine

STILL HAVING SMAE ISSUES>.. Cannot access hotmail or Aim serivce but can access all web pages other emails and other aim accounts.
