I'm not sure why but there has been an annoying increase in the number of those Windows Security Information messages that pop up requiring me to select Yes before I can proceed with what I'm doing.

To be specific, the message is named in the upper left hand corner "Security Information" and the messages states: "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?"

It then requires me to select "yes" in order to continue. I had to click it three times in one instance just to logoff the web site I was using.

Is there anyway to disable this "feature" as I can never recall a time when I haven't selected "yes".

    Thanks.

Tools>Internet Options>Security>select Internet Zone>Custom Level>Miscellaneous>Display Mixed Content-is it set to Prompt? if yes then set it to Disable and apply close IE and restart for settings to apply
