Solved: system slow down

    My system has slowed down dramatically in the last few days. Things like control panels, task manager, IE, outlook take a very long time to open. I have not installed any new programs lately so I am not sure whatÂ’s up with the big slow down. Any help is appreciated, here is my hijackthis log:
