    Hey,

I need to get the Windows.old folder off of my computer because it is taking up too much space, and I need to free some up. I tried removing it myself, but every time that I try to delete the folder, I always get the message that I need permission to do this, but I am the only user registered on the computer. I tried looking this problem up on these forums, and there was previously no solution.

    Any help would be great.

Some times these OLD installs are listed in the "Add/Remove Programs" and can be uninstalled from there.
