I'm currently running XP with SP2 on an Intel Conroe 2.00Ghz with 2 Gigs 667Mhz RAM.
Also have a Nvidia 7300 256Mb graphics card and a sound blaster 5.1 card installed.
I can't make up my mind as to whether to upgrade to Vista or stick with XP 'coz if I upgrade to Vista there are no drivers for my Sound Blaster card and also for my bluetooth dongle .
So should I upgrade to Vista or not?
If yes will generic blue tooth drivers work for my BT dongle ?
    Any suggestions would be appreciated....

Now that you've listed a couple of potential problems with Vista ...
What do you think (upgrading ) to Vista will gain you ??

Is there something you can't do in XP

I am not convinced there really is any reason for you to upgrade to Vista at this point, there is really nothing of any great value it can offer you and the difficulties folks are having at times, seems not to be worth it. If you do decide to do it, watch out for old hardware, that can be real "fun".

Good advice. You don't want to upgrade on that system, trust me!

Or really any system as far as I'm concerned.
