    Hi,

Some numpty has managed to jam the toner cartridge of a HP Laserjet 1320 inside it.

When trying to remove the toner cartridge, the left hand side is movable but the right hand side is firmly jammed. Even when levering it with screwdrivers it won't budge!!

Any hints on how to get it out?

    Cheers

    Andy

Try removing the right side panel. This will involve a phillips head screwdriver and about 10 minutes. I believe there's 1 screw in the front and 2 screws in the back holding it in place. After removing the panel, look to see if you can access the toner from the side.

No sign of any screws on the sides unfortunately

Actually the screws are locates in the front and back. if you open the pull down for toner in the front, there will be one screw just inside the front right edge and in the back if you open the door for the fuser, there will be 2 screws located top and bottom on the left.
you can go here: http://www.eserviceinfo.com/downloadsm/28273/HP_Laserjet 1160 1320.html to get the service manual which will walk you through getting the toner out
