I partitioned some of the free space on HD and want to set up another system on that drive. How do I do this, please?

Just boot with the win2k cd. Install in whatever partition you want. Win2k will create a boot menu for you; that is you choose which os to boot either nt or win2k.

BTW I would just create unallocated space on the disk. Let win2k setup do the partitioning and formatting.

I have a question guys I have 2000 server set up on my computer with SP4 working fine. I am also trying to dual boot it by adding NT 4.0. Right now I am at the point where it wants to know where i want to put the OS. I created a partition for it with 2GB for it and when I select it to install on that partition I get

Your C: drive is unformatted, damaged or formatted with a file system not compatible with NT. tO CONTINUE INSTALLING SETUP WILL HAVE TO FORMAT THE DRIVE.

* to format the c: drvive and continue setup press F ***aqll data will be lost***

* hit esc to return to previous page

Can't I put it on the newly created partition so it will dual boot? If so, how do I get it on that , please?
