i posted this late last night but i got no reply and i really need help. i cant do anything i suualy do as it pretty much prevents me from doing it. plus my paid for software cant find it so i'm stuck. plase i need immediatly. the title of this thread was meant to be trojan infection but it deselcted while i was typing and i didn't see it.

I got spyware and ran my spyware cleaner antipsyware shield and it found it and removed it, iproblems but now every 20 seconds or so whatever i have selected, deselects. this interfeers with just aboutits a small app running every 20 seconds. some pop taskbar alerts got me to download ultimate defender, fixer and cleaner. now that has run a scan and found some trojas yet my antispyware shield, which is fully bought and paid for cant find them and its fully updated. please could i get immediate help as i cant do anything. i also get alerts saying IE isn't working and some others which i will post an example of. all input would be welcome and i'd rather not buy more software as i already bought one.

    ieexplorer.exe - application error

The intruction at "0xe81517ef" referenced memory at "0xe81517ef". The memory could not be "read"

Click ok the terminate the program

only thing that changes is the numbers and it says written instead of read. please help as i cant type or do anything else without it interupting. i've removed ultimate defnder in case that was it but it hasn't changed at all. any input would be much appreciated. i'd rather not format it to get rid of it as thats going way over board but if paid for software thats fully updated cant find it then what else is there?

    • Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
    • Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
    • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
    • Click on Install.
    • It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
    • Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
    • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
    • Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
    • Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
    • DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
