I think this is the right forum, not sure. I got a used laptop (toshiba satelite m35x) and upon receipt I used the factory restore disk. After booting up a lot of other programs come up in system tray causing slow performance. Is there a utility I can use to strip it down to windows and essentials? I am not sure what some are in my autostart editor. Or if I run a spyware or HJT log can someone give help based on that info?
