Hi everyone!
First time posting! I have a subscription to Paretologic and have encountered a BHO GEN Trojan virus last weekend. My brother was visiting and I am blaming him. If you are able to help me with a series of codes I have seen on previous posts, please tell me how to use these commands, as I have never done so before. I am really desparate, this virus is not going away like it did last year. I am just barely able to stay here in the internet for a short while around all the windows that keep opening up. Your help is greatly appreciated and I hope to be of help someday. I am computer literate, replaced hard drives and power supplies and am the IT gal at my place of work. Thanks again everyone!

Well I went around to other posts and read about the Malwarebytes download, ran it and it worked. I must say though, as of today 30+ people looked at my post and no one helped, I am very disappointed. I saw other people with similar problems get lots of help until the problem was solved. Was it the problem or that I was a newbie or what? Let's see if this problem can be solved.
