I'm in the process of downloading data from our SQL server at work for the calendar months of 2012. I'll have to download each one of them at a time and then put them on one spreadsheet. Isn't there a way that I can place all 12 of these on one spreadsheet without having to cut and paste each one to a target spreadsheet? Thanks for any help that you can give me.

You need a macro to combine them.
Think you can even get excel to connect with database to retrieve data.

Thanks, Garf13LD. I'll give that a try. I thought that there a way to combine them but I didn't know what the name of it was. As fas as connecting excel with our database that's another problem. I'm going to mark this a being solved.
