    i don't know about IE but can be done via firefox... let me know if you are interested

    I have been reading for 2 days and yes, you're right there are several ways of doing it BUT it would seem that U Tube has blocked or disabled them ALL? :) Thanks Dave

    I just saved one this morning. They haven't blocked all the ways.

    Copy and paste the link to the video you want to download in the second box. Then click Download and save the file as a FLV file.

    This works too.
