    Please click HERE to download and install HijackThis.

    Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile from the Main Menu.

    The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

    IMPORTANT: Do not fix anything

    You obviously uninstalled Norton and it left traces. It's never good to leave traces of Norton behind. Run the Norton Removal Tool.

    ===================================================================

    Click Start > Programs > Accessories > right-click on Command Prompt, select "Run as Administrator" to open a command prompt.

    In the command prompt window, type: sc delete npggsvc

    Press Enter.

    ===================================================================

    You don't have an active antivirus on your computer. It might be infected.

    Download and install the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (it's not an antivirus). Run a Quick Scan and have it delete whatever it finds. Then, please post back the text report in your next reply.
