I have Windows Vista Ultimate in my laptop. The problem I have is I cannot right click on a folder and rename it! Whrn I do Windows gives me an error message saying "The file or folder does not exist"!!!! But in command prompt, I CAN rename the folder!

I have an updated AntiVirus scanner and my PC is virus free. Can anyone let me know how to fix this problem?
