    Hello,
I am having some issues connecting my laptop to my router through an Ethernet cable (wireless works fine). When I connect my cable, it registers as an "Unidentified Network" with no internet access. I have attempted a variety of solutions, including attempting to re-install drivers (Although it is possible that I could have messed that up. I know my way around computers, although I am by no means amazing -especially when things start to go wrong-).
My laptop that I am using is a HP G62-374CA running Windows 7.
