My Adobe flash player and Acrobat 5.0 was uninstalled by mistake and when I try to install it again, it will not work. Both the Acrobat and Flash Player are in my programs file and I have tried to uninstall it from there and it states that the "data has been corrupted"and will not continue. How do I completely remove the programs so I can start all over again?

Which didn't work, the Flash or Reader?
You can try to manually uninstall Flash if the uninstaller didn't work.
    Go to:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\Macromed
    And delete the Flash folder.
Don't empty the recycle bin, until you see if a new install works. If it doesn't you can restore the folder from the bin.
I would recommend you use the standalone installer. If you use IE, you need this one.
    Flash Player 9.0.28.0
