Solved: unknown symbol on all file icons

    Hi All,

    I have a symbol with 2 blue arrows on all my file icons and i have no idea what it is. Any ideas?

    which icons?
    desktop? folder?

    i have attached picture. it is on all icons except My Computer, Recycle bin, and Internet exploroer

    Is the symbol in the bottom portion of the icon kind of like the shortcut white arrow symbol? Are they pointed in a circle chasing each other?

    If so then you have folder syncronization.

    Yeah thats folder syncronization with offline folders. You can change if you have that on or off under Folder options - Offline folders tab.

    Super thanks StumpedTechy. I changed the setting did a a refresh and all is back to normal. Thanks again
