I upgraded to Microsoft Office 2003 and I was using Outlook Express, well I guess it upgrades to Outlook. So where is my old Outlook Express? Have I lost all my old emails and everything I had saved? OMG, please tell me I didn't loose everything. I need to learn how to do a backup.

You should still have Outlook Express on your computer.
C:\Program Files\Outlook Express the file:MSIMN is Outlook Express.

"k": Look up "Cobian" with a search engine. It is a recommended file(s) back-up program. Also, check out Acronis' "TrueImage," which fully backs up a hard drive. This is usually utilized in conjunction with an external hard drive. I use the latter weekly.
