I'm having a problem since two days ago,

Every time I click a icon on my desktop, A program or try and delete/move anything I get a popup box saying ->

The feature you are trying to use on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, Or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'MovaviVideoConverter10.3.msi' in the box below.

    Use Source: C:\Users\Mat\AppData\Local\Temp\{22F9E4C1-3008-4B9F-9D34-A3523A7327C5}\

How do I get rid of this??

Thanks for all the replies to follow.

Have you recently tried uninstalling or installing MovaviVideoConverter 10.3 without success?

You can try reinstalling the software.

    Open these 2 temp folders:

    C:\WINDOWS\Temp

    C:\Users\Mat\AppData\Local\Temp

Once they're open and you can view their contents, select and delete everything from inside them.

If a few files resist deletion, leave them alone and delete everything else.

It's all junk, it's a good place for a "nasty" to hide, and a large buildup of them can cause problems.

After you're done, restart the computer.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------

Create a folder right on your desktop to download and save files.

You can then install them from there at your leisure.

Don't select run or open when you download files to install them.

If you do, they download to a temporary location and then install from there.

In some cases, this can cause the install to abort and display an error message.

    Hello, Thanks for your reply.

I've deleted the Temp Folder's Contents and the only 2 files left were :-

    :- etilqs_2HXOnq5esqjNDgeMB558
    :- JETBC9A.tmp

The problem still exists, I've rebooted as you said and still no luck. Everytime I click anything it brings the dialog box up.

    Thanks again,

    ~Mat

    Hello again,

I've fixed the problem through what you've told me. As I was looking through the temp folders on my computer I realised when you open an installation package it creates temp files in the folder. The simple fix was to set the source to the newly created temp folder and follow the installation window. Once installed I uninstalled and now it's completely removed from my computer problem free.

Thank You for all your help,

    Regards,

    ~Mat
