    Hey all,

I'm about to nip off to the states for a week & was wondering if the mobo's and processors are the same as they are over here in blighty?

My thoughts are that they must be, all work on same stepped down internal voltage........don't they? Yeh they do.......could someone just confirm this is the case please.

I was going to get a couple of dual core's and mobo's that's all.

    Thoughts?

    Many thanks.

The power supply is only difference, instead of 120 volts input here you have 240 volts, and there's a switch on the power supplies to change that as well. The internal PC components are exactly the same.

Thought so, just needed confirmation. Many thanks for taking the time to reply Triple6. I see you've got the Maple leaf. I've just been turned down for emigration over to Fredericton (NB) as I have cystic fibrosis. Not fair, we've friends over there and they love it. Real dissappointment. :(
    Anyway thanks again.
