I have several similar spam mails recently which OUTLOOK has disabled.

They all contain a number of links similar to this: http://ephrath.maisfirmation.info/xml/74t>

In their non-disabled form they look very professional

Does anybody know what this is related to? And where they might be coming from?

    Thanks.

Luckily that link has been taken down by the web site hosting company
However the link pattern is typical mof the current round of spam that links to a blachole exploit kit and frequently ending up with a banking trojan that is designed to steal all your money, credit card info & passords to as many sites as they can
It wil also drop a tdss or zero access rtootkit as well
when you see the links, just delete the email
if outlook disables the links & places them in its junk folder, then that is good and shows how well Microsoft is doing in keeeping the spam filters up to date & how effective teh outlook junk filter can be, if working correctly
