Unhappy Virtual Pool 3 - Can Only See Top Half of the Balls
Hi - I was wondering if anyone out there could offer some suggestions on how to resolve a strange problem I've encountered with Virtual Pool 3. I have just installed VP3 on my Pentium Class PC with Windows ME, more than enough RAM and an Nvidia GeForce MX/MX 400 Video Card; I've been running Virtual Pool 2 on this same machine for several years with no problem. VP3 starts up just fine, but you can only see the top half of the billard balls. I've downloaded and installed the latest patch 3.0.9.9 but it did not resolve the problem. I tried different graphics settings changes within the game, but no go. Then I installed the game on my AMD 1.4GHz system with XP Pro, more RAM and a great video card, and got the same problem.
If anyone has any suggestions or has experienced this same problem, I would appreciate hearding from you! Thanks for reading my post and have a great day!
