After I download XP Service Pk 2, mu Canon Multipass C755 stopped functioning properly. I had to disable protection in order to download new drivers from Canon site. Printer works now, but I am unable to do a free scan from housecall or symantec.

House call error - 404 page not found
Symantec error - Must have active x enabled

Couuld someone please look at this HJT and advise how to get the virus scanners working?. Symantec firewall and XP2 are both enabled.

Thanks.
