I'm referring this problem to this forum as I can't connect to the Logitech support. I have a Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 which I installed in my new PC but I can't seem to get it to work. This device worked from my other PC. When I click on the icon, it kept saying that the device was disconnected. In the Device Manager, the webcam was listed and when I click on Properties, it stated that the device is working properly. I suspected an outdated driver so I downloaded a webcam driver (qc1051enn_x64.exe)from Logitech but the download process never completes. The download progress window is stuck at 99% and just stays there. So I don't think I have the driver loaded. By the way since Win7 was not on the list of Selected OS, it highlighted Vista instead. So the driver I described above is for Vista. Any thoughts?

The problem with my Logitech Quickam Pro 4000 is it's incompatability with my OS Win7 Ultimate 64 Bit I blelieve and the non availability of driver using the Win7 OS. I connected it to my other PC which has WinXP 32 bit and it worked like a charm. If I need it I'll get me a new webcam that is compatible with the Win7 OS.
