Keep getting an error message that says

pctsAux.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

it then tells me to report the problem to microsoft. I have been doing that for days but nothing happens.

    what exactly does this mean?
I am not very computer savvy so in dumbed down terms please.

pctsauxs.exe is associated with PC Tools Spyware Doctor that you apparently have installed in your computer.

Thanks very much flavallee, I won't worry about it then. It's hard when you don't know what the heck they are talking about and there is no way to find out. :)
