Solved: where did paint go?

    hi..this isnt a huge emergency or anything..but i cant find ms paint on my comp anywhere...i used to have it..is there any way to download it?

    i tried the link and it said forbidden access and wont let me download the file....nm, i guess its not that important....thanks

    Try this.

    start>ctrl panel>Dbl click add-remove>click add remove components on the left panel>highlight "accessories and utilities">details. Now you will see accessories under "subcomponents of accessories and utilities"..

    Check details again and put a check mark for paint and OK out.

    the last thing you suggested...that worked, but i also downloaded a freeware paint tool called the gimp, which does more...solved...thanks for your help
