Solved: Where to upload files using ftp

Ok so I got CuteFTP now, and I'm connected to my host... I don't want to mess up, I want to do this correctly from the beginning :rolleyes:
How do I know where to upload my files???
I have:
public_ftp
public_html
.cpanel
etc
tmp
fantasticodata

and all kinds of other stuff!!!
(arg! help pls!)

All your files should be uploaded to public_html and there should be one file called index.html or .htm or .php in that direcorty. Make sure you retain the same structure with sub folders under that.

Normally web hosters email complete hosting details, isn't it? Didn't you get that? All the information are there..Or else you can contact your host and ask any related questions.

No I did not... and I have a tough time getting a hold of my web host :(
