I have been trying to update my OS via MS Windows update and keep getting a 'Administrators Only' error. I am logged in as the Administrator and have tried the 'Run as' option. Any thoughts?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Eddie: Thanks for the suggestion. None of the articles at Microsoft, however, have resolved the problem.

Okay, as this isn't actually for Win2000, the basics may still work:

If you've already tried that, can you tell me what else you've tried to do, or the links that you looked at.

Eddie: Well, I have to correct my earlier comment about none of the MS docs being helpful: This worked. Guess I had focused earlier on 2000 and should have done a broader search. Thanks for the tip.
