Solved: windows firewall/connection sharing (ICS) service not starting

    i have windows xp sp3 and i cant access the internet because there is a firewall or something and when i try to start the service it says "could not start the windows firewall/internet connection sharing (ics) service on local computer error 2: the system cannot find the file specified" how do i fix this? i dont know anything about computers

    the computer i am talking about doesnt have internet because of the firewall so i cant just click your link or download anything

    i figured it out but i dont have a Windows XP Home Edition CD-ROM and i guess i need one so it could be copied to the DLL Cache do you know where i can find one
