Hello again,

A couple of months ago, my brother bought an Acer laptop with Windows 7 and connected it wirelessly to out home's network connection. Everything was working fine, until this morning. Now my brother's laptop is still connected to the network, but it can't access the internet. It says that the laptop is connected to an unidentified network and I don't know how to change the network's connection. Is there a way to fix this problem without taking it to the shop? What should I do?

Uh......Nevermind. I turned off the firewall on the laptop and uninstalled the 2 network adapters, then re-started the laptop. It found the network automatically right after I re-started the computer.

Thanks anyway.(y)
