My Media Player says the files are corrupt. I've looked all over Microsoft for a solution and found nothing that helped. I am baffled by this. Can anyone help me please? I am using Windows 7.

Go to Control panel>programs and features.

On upper left, click "Turn Windows features on/off" and a page opens.

Expand Media and uncheck WMC.

Reboot and now put a check mark there.

That should fix it.
